The report pertains to the increase of our company's issued capital from 650,000,000 TL to 694,500,000 TL through a reserved capital increase, within the registered capital ceiling of 4,000,000,000 TL.Turkish and English translations of this statement are available, and in case of any conflict between the Turkish and English versions of this statement, the Turkish version will  prevail.
