In the context of this capital increase, the entire net proceeds from the rights issue have been utilized in accordance with the Report on the Use of Funds to Be Obtained from the Capital Increase, which was approved by the Board of Directors' resolution dated 04.07.2024 and numbered 2024/16.In this regard, we present to the public the second and final update of our Audit Committee Report on the Use of Funds Obtained from the Capital Increase, which has been prepared in accordance with Article 33 of the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Shares (VII-128.1).Turkish and English translations of this statement are available, and in case of any conflict between the Turkish and English versions of this statement, the Turkish version will  prevail.
