In this context, the issuance certificate for the newly issued shares has been approved by the Capital Markets Board.The approved issuance certificate has been received and is hereby presented to the public as an attachment to this disclosure.This statement was translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
